My Vanilla Chocolate Cheesecake

This vanilla cheesecake consists of triple layers each layer has different savor. Follow the steps you will succeed in preparing it, it is easy and delicious.

1.Ingredients of cake:

  • Two eggs (room temperature).
  • 1/2 cup of sugar.
  • 1/2 cup of oil.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1 cup of flour.
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.


2.Ingredients of cream:

  • 500 ml of milk.
  • 12 biscuits.
  • 1 tbsp of Nescafe powder
  • Vanilla bean.
  • 100 gm of vanilla flan.
  • 200 ml of fresh cream.


3.Ingredients of Chocolate:

  • 100 grams of a chocolate bar.
  • 90-100-125 gm of chocolate yogurt ( i mean you have the choice between 90,100, or 125 grams)
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract.

First step:

Before your start Preheat your oven to 180C.

Blend eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy add oil, milk cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder.

Stir well and pour the batter into a loaf tin and bake it for 30-35 minutes ( it depends on your oven).

Second step:

Crush the 10 biscuits.

In a saucepan put 500 ml of milk with 100 g of vanilla flan, vanilla bean and stir until it boils.

After it boils add the crushed biscuits, Nescafe powder, fresh cream and blend this mixture.

Pour this mixture over the first one and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Third step:

After 2 hours melt 100 g of chocolate in the microwave, when it melts set it aside and add 1 tbsp of vanilla extract and chocolate yogurt on it.

Mix well and pour this chocolate mixture into the vanilla cream.

decorate it with m&m’s, chocolate, nuts, fruits or anything you want .use your own creativity.

put it in the fridge for 2 hours and serve it.
