Smoothie with Apple and Carrot

my smoothie with apples- oranges -carrots

This smoothie is so delicious and full of vitamins my favorite one during the winter season. In addition, it is made with three essentials ingredients: apples, oranges, and carrots.

I recommend it for you and for your kids when they go to school in the morning this is all that they need to keep them stay fresh and energetic all day.

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 2 big apples.
  • 3 carrots.
  • 2 oranges +zest of two oranges.
  • 1 lemon.
  • Cinnamon stick.
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar.
  • 125 g of sweetened yogurt (any flavor you want).
  • 1 liter of water.

Preparation:

  1. First of all cut the two apples into small pieces put it in a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 cup of water, and the cinnamon stick let it boil until the apples shriveled.

2. Peel the three carrots and cut them into round small slices, put the slices of carrots into a saucepan, cover it with water and let it boil until soft and tender.

3. Squeeze the two oranges and one lemon.

4.Now that your apples and carrots are ready to blend them and add 2 cups of water, orange, and lemon juice and blend for 1 minute. Add the sweetened yogurt, zest of two oranges,8 tablespoons of sugar, 2 cups of water and blend another time until smooth and ready. This means you will add all the 1 liter of water gradually no more no less.

5.Now you will have 1 liter of delicious smoothie serve it and Bon appetite!
