Orange cheesecake easy to prepare and delicious let’s start!

1.Ingredients  of cake:

  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • Half a cup of sugar
  • Cup of flour
  • Half a cup of oil
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • Half a cup of milk
  • Zest of one orange
  • Half a cup of orange juice

 

2.Ingredients of cheese cream:

  • 200 g of fromage frais, or cream cheese
  • 200 g of Chantilly powder
  • 200ml of milk
  • Zest of one orange

 

3.Orange cream ingredients:

  • 50 grams of vanilla flan powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3tablespoons of corn flour
  • 500 ml orange juice

First step:

  • Preheat oven to 200°.
  • In a bowl beat eggs with sugar for 3 minutes, add oil, milk, orange zest, one cup of flour with 10 g of baking powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and bake the cake until golden and brown, remove from oven and pour orange juice on all over the cake and set aside to cool.

Second step:

  • In a bowl put 200g of Chantilly powder and milk and whip until it forms soft peaks.
  • Add 200 g of fromage frais to the whipped cream and whip again.
  • Finally, add the zest of one orange and pour the cream on all over the cake and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.

 

 

Third step:

  • In a saucepan put 50 g of vanilla flan powder,2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cornflour and 500ml of orange juice.

  • Put the saucepan on a light flame and stir constantly until the cream become thick
  • When the orange cream is done turn off the oven and stir again for 3 minutes rapidly to allow the orange cream cool.
  • Pour orange cream on all over the Chantilly cream ( second layer ).
  • Refrigerate your cheesecake for 8 hours or more before you serve it.
