Moelleux Cake with Strawberry Jam

Moelleux Cake

This strawberry jam moelleux cake is easy, the ingredients are available in every kitchen, you can serve it warm directly from the oven, or you can refrigerate it for 3 hours and you serve it with juice or coffee.

Moelleux Cake Ingredients:

  • 1 yogurt pot strawberry flavor
  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • 1 pot of oil
  • 3 pots of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • 1 pot of sugar
  • 20 grams of baking powder
  • Strawberry jam

Notice: use always the pot of yogurt to measure the other ingredients, I used 1 pot of yogurt that contains 90 grams.

 Moelleux Cake Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180 °C.
  • In a large bowl mix yogurt with sugar until well blended, add eggs and blend again.
  • pour 1 pot of oil and mix at the same time, add 3 pots of flour,20 grams of baking powder and combine.
  • divide the mixture into 2 parts.
  • Pour the first part into a greased baking dish, spread strawberry jam on all over your batter and pour again the second part of the batter.
  • bake for 25/30 minutes until the cake becomes golden and brown.
  • once the cake is cooked pour again strawberry jam on the top of the cake.
  • Serve your moelleux cake and bon appétit.
