Hi, folks. Today’s recipe is a milk orange flan dessert, after dinner, a yummy dessert is all that we need.

 Milk Orange Flan Ingredients:

For 6 ramekins you need:

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 500 ml of orange juice
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
  • Caramel
  • 4 tablespoons of cornflour

First step:

preparation of the first layer:

In a saucepan, pour milk, add 2 tablespoons of cornflour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir the ingredients, and put the saucepan on medium heat.

Stir frequently until the mixture becomes thick, add 2 tablespoons of caramel, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.

pour the mixture into ramekins and let it cool for 30 minutes.

Second Step:

Orange Cream:

In a saucepan, mix orange juice with 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of cornflour.

Mix the ingredients together and cook over medium heat. Whisk until thick.

Allow cooling before adding to the first milk caramel cream.

Pop in the fridge for about 4 hours.

Garnish for milk orange flan:

I grated chocolate all over. Add orange zest if you desire.
