 Flaxseed Gel Preparation

You need

  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds.
  • 1 cup of water.


  • In a saucepan put 2 tablespoons of flaxseed and one cup of water over medium heat. Stir gradually until the water boils and you obtain a thick sticky gel.
  •   Let the gel cool for a few seconds and then pour the flaxseed gel through a strainer.

Flaxseed Mask Gel on Hair

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, coconut oil with a quantity of flaxseed gel. Apply it on your hair for about 1 hour.
  • You can apply flaxseed gel on your skin.
