Chocolate Layer Cake

Today’s recipe is chocolate cake with four layers easy to prepare and delicious. Let’s start the preparation.

 Chocolate layer cake ingredients:

  • 4 eggs room temperature.
  • 250 gm of flour.
  • 240 gm of sugar.
  • 250 ml of milk.
  • 20 gm of baking powder (2 TBSP).
  • 250 ml of oil.
  • Vanilla liquid.
  • Syrup (half a cup).

First step:

Preheat oven to 180° degrees.

In a bowl beat eggs with sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer, add oil, milk until you obtain a fluffy mixture.

Add baking powder, flour and mix the batter well.

Second step:

Divide the batter into four sections with the same amount you can divide it into 5 sections too.

Notice: you can double the ingredients if you want to obtain a big cake with 8 layers.

  • Pour the first section into a loaf pan and cook it until it becomes golden and brown.
  • After you cook the first cake layer sprinkle cocoa powder on it.
  • This time turn off your oven from the bottom  and lit the oven only from the top.
  • pour the second section of batter and spread it out over the first one.
  • Cook the second layer when its brown remove from oven and sprinkle cocoa powder on the top.
  • Repeat this process until you finish all the batter (all sections).

  • After your cake is ready, pour the syrup on the top of the cake and let the cake absorb it.

  • Finally, decorate your cake with chocolate sauce.
